Store Manager

We're looking for a new store manager for our retail store located in Peterstown, West Virginia.  Below is a job description - if you think you might be the right fit, let us know.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.

• Assist with management of social media accounts and respond to online inquiries from customers in a timely manner.

• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

• Develop quotes based on customer needs in a professional and timely manner.

• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets, updating financial records, and ensuring the store is always clean and free of clutter.

• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

• Develop contracts for sales involving installation, and ensure contracts are adhered to.

• Keep up with current products, maintenance issues, and installation requirements.

• Communicate clearly and often with management, office staff, and field personnel. 

• Extreme organization of daily tasks, receipts, materials, and hours.

• Train other personnel to perform tasks as a part of Bee Tree Spas and Pools’ quality standards.

• Be willing to do lower-level jobs when required.

• Be willing to assist with Premier Group Limited (our parent company) on other tasks as needed.

• Be willing to try new ways and tasks outside your comfort zone.

This is a full-time, hourly position paying $18/hour.  Employee will be eligible for participation in our parent company's 401(k) plan after 6 months of employment with up to a 4% match.  Overtime is paid at 1.5 x the standard hourly rate.  Medical insurance is offered at the employee's expense.
